Will they fit my work shoes?
Yes — they're built slim specifically so they don't crowd a fitted shoe. Just remove your existing insole first, then drop these in. They work in trainers, boots and most work footwear.
How do I get the size right?
Pick S, M or L against your shoe size, then trim the toe end along the guide lines with scissors. Cut conservatively — you can always take more off, but you can't put it back.
What do they actually feel like?
Most people notice the raised zones straight away — a firm, massage-like feel underfoot. It can take a few days to settle in, so build up your wear time gradually over the first week rather than wearing them for a full shift on day one.
Do they wear out like normal insoles?
Not the same way. Cheap foam compresses under your body weight and stays packed flat — once it’s crushed, it’s done. OrthoMagnet’s responsive EVA is built to rebound: as it rests between wears, it decompresses and returns to its original shape, ready to support you again the next day. That recovery is what keeps them feeling supportive for months instead of fizzling out after a fortnight.
Do they go flat over time?
Not like ordinary foam. Cheap insoles crush under your weight and stay flat — ours are made from responsive EVA that rebounds. While they rest between wears, the foam decompresses back to its original shape, so they keep their support day after day rather than packing down after a couple of weeks.
