Who we are
GateFix makes foot-care products for people who spend the whole day upright — nurses, teaching assistants, warehouse staff, hairdressers, hospitality workers. The ones on their feet for everyone else.
If that's you, you know the routine. You buy the insoles, they feel brilliant for about a week, then the foam packs down and the ache comes back. Do that a few times and you stop believing anything will work.
Your feet don't need more cushioning. They need structure. A soft foam pad is a plaster — it covers the feeling for a few days, then compresses flat under your body weight. A semi-rigid arch shell and a deep heel cup are a splint: they give your foot something solid underneath it, and they're built to keep that shape rather than surrender it by the second week.
We'll tell you what our products are made of and what they feel like underfoot. We won't promise to cure anything, and we won't dress comfort up as medicine.

Free delivery on every UK order. No minimum spend.
Orders are dispatched within 8–12 working days, with Royal Mail transit time on top. We don't operate an order cut-off time.
Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed — couriers occasionally run late for reasons outside our control. If we can't deliver within 30 days of your order we'll contact you, and you're entitled to cancel for a full refund.
Yes — every order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched, so you can follow it right to your door.
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of the expected delivery date, email admin@gatefix.store with your order number and we'll chase it.
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo — we'll sort a replacement or a refund.

You have 28 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it. You don't need to give a reason.
The first 14 days of that are your statutory cancellation right; the extra 14 are ours, because an insole takes more than a fortnight to judge properly.
Email refunds@gatefix.store with your order number before the 28 days are up, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Please don't post anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns are easily delayed or lost.
You can handle the goods as you would in a shop. If they've been used beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
This is separate from the 14 days above and applies whether or not the packaging has been opened.
Our error, our cost. Email us and we'll cover return postage and get the right one out to you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of you showing us you've sent it — whichever comes first. Where you cancelled under the 14-day right, we also refund the standard outbound delivery cost. We don't refund the extra if you paid to upgrade to a faster service.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly — and if we've already taken payment we'll refund it in full.
Prices are in pounds sterling. GateFix is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
GateFix products are comfort and support products for everyday wear. They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, are pregnant, diabetic, or have reduced sensation in your feet, speak to a doctor or podiatrist before using them.
Product images are illustrative. Colours can vary slightly between screens.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Don't use this site fraudulently or in any way that damages it or interferes with other people's use of it.

We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
